The IATF-EID calls for the public to be vigilant in dealing with individuals, groups, organizations and/or institutions not sanctioned by the IATF-EID nor the member-agencies to be a part of the implementation of its programs. COVID - 19 Test

1. All teachers, parents, learners and other stakeholders are encourage to undergo either of the following COVID-19 test conducted by a Department of Health (DOH)-licensed COVID-19 Testing Laboratory: 

-SARS CoV-2 Nasal/Saliva Rapid Antigen Test within 24 hours prior to the examination schedule. 

-Oropharyngeal and Nasopharyngeal Swab/Saliva RT-PCR within three (3) days prior to the examination schedule.

2. Personnel who are vaccinated are the only employees encourage to report physically to ensure the health and safety of BPES community. All are advised to self monitor to avoid unnecessary transmission of the deadly virus.

BPES Extra Precautions

Your honesty and cooperation can save lives.

1. Every BPESIAn must not proceed to the school premises for ANY reason under the following conditions:

a. Had flu-like symptoms such as fever, dry cough, sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, headache, body aches and pains, and diarrhea at least three (3) days prior to, or on the date of school visit;

b. Had close contact or living in the same house with a confirmed case of COVID-19, whether symptomatic or asymptomatic;

c. Failed to undergo the 14-day quarantine in the case of a confirmed COVID-19 or a close contact of a confirmed case of COVID-19;

d. Has a pending result of COVID-19 test (RAT, Saliva Test, RT-PCR Test, and others); and e. Had history of travel outside the Philippines within the last 14 days

Certificate of Consent and Health Declaration Form

ALL are required to submit the duly accomplished Certificate of Consent and Health Declaration Form to certification @bagongpagasaes.109537@deped.gov.ph one (1) day prior to the date of school visit.
